Mohammad Jhaveri

Hanif is the Founder of AgriPak, a SMS-based precision-agriculture start-up for farmers in Pakistan. He is also a lead researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's CityFARM lab within the Media Lab where he founded the Open Data Initiative and prototypes software for urban agricultural systems. Hanif has an MBA and MA Ed from Stanford, an MPA International Development from Harvard, and is currently completing his PhD in Computer Science. In the past he has worked for the World Bank as a venture capitalist, and for McKinsey & Company where he advised governments and companies in Asia on a variety of strategic and public-sector issues.
