Megan Healy was among the first at Interscope Records's “new media” department. Five years later she had led the company’s digital grassroots marketing, developed online strategy and infrastructure for street teams, online PR, social media, content marketing, and witnessed the emergence of social media and digital music retail behemoths Myspace and iTunes from inside one of the most successful record labels in the world. Megan then lead Digital Marketing at Nettwerk Management and Filter Creative Group, before going indie with her Gorillajedi marketing services firm. As Roc Nation’s Director of Digital Marketing she continues to specialize in content development and distribution, social media marketing, online promotions and strategic partnerships for a range of clients, including Rihanna, Kylie Minogue, and Santigold. She also oversees campaigns for Roc Nation’s digital marketing services company Diamond Theory, including Barbados Tourism Authority, BB&T Center and Parlux Fragrances.
