Growing up in New Jersey Anish was always motivated to do something with his life beyond just ‘making a living.’ In light of this life philosophy he founded an organization, the Illini 4000, which raises money for the fight against cancer through long- distance bike marathons (14K). Anish is an avid road cyclist and in his dedication to his non-profit work he has ridden across three countries. He is married to a US diplomat stationed in Mumbai.
