Last year, Yahoo announced that they were banning working from home. The reasoning? Sure, face-to-face connection has many benefits. But who's to say we can't make these connections or come up with great ideas online? The Phuse team is distributed across the globe and we've seen the productivity, creativity, and gains made from working—well—wherever we want.
In this informal discussion, we'll cover how we build our team; the tools we use to stay connected and foster close professional relationships; how we keep everyone accountable; and how we create stellar company culture. Throughout our Core Conversation, we encourage you to share any experiences, questions or advice you have on remote work culture so we can all work better and happier.
