Are you the kind of dad who only knows his kid through Facebook? Should your kid even be on Facebook? Men, especially in technology, are taught to work hard, define ourselves by our careers, and eagerly embrace new technologies. But that may not be the best way to be a dad. For dads who aren't douches, or at least don't want to be, finding the right balance can be extremely hard. There's been a lot of discussion about how women can balance work and families, this panel will take a look from the other side of the gender gap, with a uniquely male perspective. In short, you need to lean back, bro.
