You will 1) understand the basic dynamics of storytelling, engagement, and surprise, 2) examine the mechanisms that make stories compelling and meaningful, 3) gain hands-on experience constructing a storyline by shifting perspective, audience, and story structure, and 4) learn how to build connection, develop product ideas, and drive innovation through the use of stories.
At the end of this workshop, you will have a better understanding of the art of storytelling and a set of tools for applying it to product design.
