Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Austin has created a reputation as a national hotbed for start-ups, entrepreneurs and innovation. What are the elements that contribute to the creation of a community like Austin and how can entrepreneurs take advantage of these to develop their ideas into companies on the fast track to succeed.
“Veteran” Austin-based entrepreneurs Dean Kakridas and Chelsea McCullough will host a friendly discussion on these topics from two diverse perspectives. Over their combined 25 years in Austin, they have participated in the Austin evolution, having both advised, worked for, and created their own start-ups.
The intent of this session is to inform and inspire attendees to leverage the strengths of the Austin ecosystem to create their own companies or start-up communities.
