Rebels at Work: How to Make Change Real After SXSW

People inside the bellies of corporate, government, healthcare, NGO and educational beasts are rising up and trying to save organizations from imploding from inertia and massive outside forces. Many of these individuals attend SXSW looking for ideas and inspiration. They go back to their day jobs with great ideas but no way to implement them. They’re tired of waiting for leaders to figure things out when they’re pretty sure they have some of the answers. But most Rebels at Work make it hard for management to hear them, and they and their great ideas get overlooked. Some get thrown under the bus.
No one has taught individuals what it really takes to fight City Hall and the entrenched executives and bureaucrats who preserve mediocrity. This presentation by Carmen Medina and Lois Kelly will show rebels how to lead change from within without committing career suicide. Our website RebelsatWork.Com has built a community of rebels and we are eager to share our lessons to empower others.
