Dumb Waiter is a 4 piece Instrumental/Math/Avante-Garde/Pop/Noise band from Richmond, VA that includes members of Street Pizza, ex-Jefferson Plane Crash, Guise, and ex-The Jacob Spindel. Dumb Waiter started in late May of 2012. Nick Crider(ex-Jacob Spindel/Vinager) and Nathaniel Roseberry(Street Pizza/BURNWARD/ex-Jefferson Plane Crash/ex-Our Stable Violent Star) asked Saxophonist Tristan Brennis and bassist/guitarist/composer Keith Paul of Promethean( now Guise) to fill out the lineup. Once the full lineup was set, things took flight and Dumb Waiter took on a sound no one could have expected. Almost intoxicated by each others musical styles, the new partnership enters realms of madness, Frank Zappa-like humour, and a lot of horns.
